Mount Pleasant Leadership Team Plans for 2025-2026

This part of the District’s 2025-2026 preparation kicked off with exciting team building activities, including an escape room challenge and a spirited round of Pictionary - perfect for welcoming and integrating our new administrative team members. (Thank you for organizing that part Dr. Rufa!)

Leaders completed Clifton Strength Assessments to better understand how to leverage each person’s unique talents, engaged in preliminary goal setting for the upcoming school year, and dove into important discussions about communications and artificial intelligence in education. The retreat also addressed the district’s implementation of cell phone-free zones in our schools.

The two days provided invaluable opportunities for collaboration, strategic thinking, and building the strong relationships that will drive our success in the year ahead. The team left energized and ready to make great things happen for our students and staff.
