WHS' Career Research Academy attended a field site visit at Briarcliff Auto Body where students learned all about collision repair, welding, painting and how to run a small business. They saw some state of the art equipment, used for recalibrating and aligning vehicles after they have been in a collision.
K-12 School Counseling Coordinator Nick DiPaolo said, "They also participated in hands on demos, including the operation of a spot welding machine. The students continue to learn all about the hands on work, professional behaviors and personal characteristics needed to thrive in the skilled trades."
