Universal Pre-K 4 Lottery Sign-Up
STEP 1: Online Application
To pre-enroll your child an online application must be completed and submitted using our parent portal. Click “Online Registration” at the bottom/left of the box to begin and include UPK in the student information tab.
STEP 2: Document Submission in Operoo
Once you submit your online application, you will receive an email from “Operoo Administrator,” our new online system for the completion and collection of all required Mt. Pleasant CSD enrollment / registration forms and personal documents. Please use the login credentials in the email from “Operoo Administrator” to set up your account and follow the instructions to complete the Introduction to Mount Pleasant Central School District form. This form will ask questions about your child (asking for proof of the student's age, guardianship, and residency).

You will receive an email verifying the successful completion of your documents and confirming your successful Pre-Enrollment no later than February 5, 2026.
If a lottery is needed, it will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 10 a.m. Slots must be accepted by Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
STEP 3: Enrollment Verification Meeting
You will receive an email after the lottery (if needed) notifying you if your child has secured a slot, as well as an invitation to an Enrollment Verification Meeting with the Registrar by the close of business on Friday, February 20, 2026. Students are not considered fully enrolled until they have had their 10-minute, in-person meeting at the District Office with our Registrar to validate your original/personal documents.
