Registration Steps & List of Required Documents

STEP 1: eSchoolData Online Application

To enroll your child into Mt. Pleasant Central School District, an online application must be completed and submitted using our Mt. Pleasant Central School District, please log in to the Parent Portal and click the “Register New Student” button (top right).

STEP 2: Documentation Submission

Once you submit your online application, you will receive an email from “Operoo Administrator,” our new online system for the completion and collection of all required Mt. Pleasant CSD registration forms and personal documents.  Please use the login credentials in the email from “Operoo Administrator” to set up your account and follow the instructions to complete the Introduction to Mount Pleasant Central School District form.  This form will ask questions about your child. Please be prepared to attach the following documents to this Introduction form:

Child’s Birth Certificate / Valid Passport

Custody Agreement (if applicable)

Once you have submitted the Introduction to Mount Pleasant Central School District form, Operoo Administrator will email you the rest of the required forms based on your responses.  Kindly reply to these forms in a timely manner.  Operoo will continue to notify you about any outstanding forms.

Your registration paperwork will not be reviewed until you have completed all forms and uploaded all supporting documentation. (Click here for Help with Operoo.)

STEP 3: Registration Meeting

Once the online registration application has been submitted and all forms (through Operoo) have been completed, the Registrar will review all documents then contact you to set up a 20-minute, in-person meeting.

Registration meetings take place (by appointment only) at the District Office (located on the Westlake Middle/High School campus – 825 Westlake Drive, Thornwood, NY 10594).  This meeting is to validate your original / personal documents and forms and to provide you with follow-up information.  This meeting will finalize the registration process.
