Budget Information

• Must be able to read and write;
• Must be a qualified voter of the district, which is a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years of age or older, and not adjudged to be incompetent;
• Must be and have been a resident of the school district for a continuous and uninterrupted period of at least one year (1) year before the election;
• May not have been removed from any school district office within the preceding year;
• May not reside with another member of the same school board as a member of the same family;
• Cannot be a current employee or hold incompatible office.

VOTER REGISTRATION

To cast a vote, you must be registered with the school district OR with the Westchester County Board of Elections and have voted at least once in the past four years (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022).  

To register to vote, you must be a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years old, and a resident of the District for at least 30 days before the vote.

Please note that if you are registered to vote in Westchester County but have since moved to the Mount Pleasant Central School District, you must be registered with the County at your Mount Pleasant address to be eligible to vote.
